This body is your home.
I still experience moments of not feeling safe in my body.
It’s frightening and scary to say the least.
I experience feelings of being lost, alone, worthless, abandoned, and simply destroyed.
While I’m not in places that require me to run for my physical, emotional or spiritual safety I recognize that these feelings are begging to be resolved.
You are the ONLY person who can acknowledge the pain and suffering within your body to resolve the cycle of suffering.
It’s time to rest. Relax. Breathe deeply into my home. Breathe deeply into this body that I am blessed to have.
Thank you for allowing us experiences to learn and grow. Thank you for the pain that protected us in the past. We no longer need to hold on to the pain.
Acknowledge the pain and let it go.
