Sacred Play

When we stop pandering in the realm of separation, our sexuality stops being something outside of ourselves and we can really step into a world of play.

When a deep seated repression of a pivotal part of who we are as humans is avoided and denied through generations of shame, there is a dark cloud that lingers.

Fear is the undercurrent that unconsciously guides a human through this space of desiring sex, of desiring to find wholeness in someone or something other than themselves.

Stop and realize that you are whole now. You are what you’ve been looking for. The key to sexual wholeness is spiritual wholeness.

Sacred sex is fun. Sacred sex is divine. It’s devoid of fear, scarcity and ideas of lack.

When we come from a place of sexual wholeness sex is sacred play.

So check those desires that urge you to remain fractured. Check those desires that feel sticky and leave you feeling unsatisfied.

Check yourself when you make impulsive choices that don’t make sense.

Check yourself when you regret your choices.

Check yourself when you need to be with others to feel pleasure.

We can transmute shame to be our liberation rather than the shackles that keep us bound. You are innocent.

You are not wrong for being who you were born to be. There is nothing wrong with you. You are wholly human and wholly divine.

Embark on a journey to discover pleasure within your own body. Be in a sexual relationship with yourself. Get to know you. Get to know what you like and what you don’t.

The fun part is, is that you can do this with other people. You can still be in relationship with yourself while making love to another.

Honor yourself in every moment and be the muse that inspires others to step into this place of innocence that I call, Sacred Play.
