What experiences in life helped you grow the most?
It was the hardest choices that helped me grow the most. It was the firm attachment to the relationship identity that was so difficult for me to let go of.
Romantic Relationships have been the MOST growth inspiring for me. They’ve been the most challenging and absolutely rewarding. Growing can seem really scary- the other side is a complete mystery. We never know what’s going to happen on the other side. But the reality that I came to each time was that it has to be better than what I was experiencing at the time.
